After gaining my Level 1 Precision Nutrition Coaching qualification in 2016 I gained a real passion for supporting women improve their nutrition and change their mindset towards food.
I want my clients to learn to love themselves and not be a slave to dieting. I’ve since gone on to set up a nutrition coaching system which provides a fully supported approach to making positive and simple nutrition improvements. It’s a habits based approach.
