Personal Fitness Trainer
I have been providing personal training services in the Fareham and surrounding area for many years and love helping people improve their health and fitness.
I ensure I keep up to date with my qualifications and training and take huge pride in being professional and knowledgeable in many aspects of the fitness industry. I have a fun and friendly approach and enjoy motivating and encouraging during and between sessions.
I have worked with a huge variety of clients over the years and really enjoy helping people get fit, healthy and lose weight by educating them and getting them to enjoy the process.
Since having my gorgeous son in 2014, I added further training to my existing Pre and Post Natal qualifications and have since gone on to have a beautiful daughter via caesarean section. Along with continuing my studying in this area and having 2 different pregnancies and 2 different births myself, I believe I have a real understanding of training pregnant women and new mum’s.
I am passionate about working with women and take great pride in ensuring all my clients feel supported throughout their wellness journey.
I personally enjoy high-intensity exercise and full-body strength sessions as it gives me a real buzz and makes me feel great, I also enjoy running, cycling and watersports.
I did however focus on postnatal training for many months following the births of my children and feel this has set me up for getting back to my more challenging workouts.
