Before kids, I had regularly gone to the gym, using a mix of weights, cardio and Pilates, but had a very much all or nothing attitude.

After I had children, it was quickly obvious that I couldn’t maintain what I had been doing, and every type of fitness routine I tried, never lasted more than 6 months, I got bored, it wasn’t manageable in the time I had or I just wasn’t motivated enough.

Then I found Jen – from the moment we had our initial consultation, she was high energy, informative and really understood where I was coming from, especially being a busy mum herself. I just knew she would get me back into a good place.

I have been working out with Jen now for just over a year and I can honestly say I love every minute of it, she comes to me once a week, she leaves me with routines I can do at home myself, which I do twice a week. Every workout is different, and Jen has got to know what motivates me and how hard to push me!

Previously I would never have believed that I could have felt so good, and achieved the results I have from working out at home, but that combined with sensible and realistic nutritional advice from Jen, it has become part of my daily life. I have learnt to have a more balanced attitude towards my food and exercise, as life is busy, especially with two children, but now I don’t feel like I’ve failed if I have one bad day of food, or missed a work out, I just make up for it where I can.

This is the best I have ever felt, and it is all so manageable, thank you Jen, you have really made such a difference to my health, fitness and mental wellbeing!!

After forming a lot of bad habits and becoming lazier and more unfit than I’d ever been I needed help. Every week I was going to “change” but never did.

That’s when I contacted Jennifer and it’s the best thing I ever did. Her energy and enthusiasm are infectious! She makes exercise fun, takes a real interest in you as a person and works hard to not only improve your fitness but flexibility and posture too.

She gives lots of great advice on nutrition too. My shape is changing, my fitness improving and I NEVER thought I’d say it but I look forward to exercise now. Couldn’t/ wouldn’t do it without you.

I first asked Jen to be my personal trainer when I was getting married.

I had been doing boot camps and going to the gym for many years, but decided I needed a bit more 121 support and motivation. From my first meeting with Jen I knew she would give me the motivation I needed from her can do (but sometimes when needed tough love) attitude and her friendly persona.

Not only does Jen provide excellent support and encouragement when you are training, but she also provides you motivation outside of your 121 sessions with simple texts of encouragement, or giving you hints and tips of other training you can do whilst in your home.

Jen also taught me a lot about my technique for doing the exercises, and I have found a huge difference in the results and output I now get from my training.

I managed to achieve my goal weight for my wedding and am continuing to use Jen after getting married as she provides a level of support and expertise I strongly do not think you get from a PT coach in a normal gym.

I have been training with Jennifer for about 9 months and I can honestly say I never thought I would ever enjoy fitness in the gym or otherwise.

I had tried to get fit but completely lacked motivation to do by myself, so decided to try a PT.

I knew getting a PT would be an investment, however I can safely say Jennifer has returned that investment 10 fold. She encouraged me to stick with it when I got a bad back ( not through training). I got frustrated and wanted to give up but jennifer just adapted my work outs and before long I was back to full work outs  once again. I don’t feel like a client I  feel like much more. Jennifer has taken the time to get to know me and what my wants and needs are, she always knows when I have that little bit more in me, even though I don’t think I do. My work outs are always varied and fun!! I’ve found out I love boxing and am seeing my hard work pay off.

Jennifer is more than just a PT so much more, I can’t recommend her highly enough.

After just a few short weeks of exercising with Jenny I feel so much fitter than I thought I could be.

Jenny designs exercise programmes that are interesting and varied and provide just the right level of challenge to ensure I keep progressing.

Being so unfit initially I thought the only exercise I could manage was walking, but Jenny has shown just how much I am capable of and for the first time in years I actually enjoy regular exercise.

I first got in touch with Jenny just over a year ago – I had had a baby 8 months previously and had come to the conclusion that I needed help to get my pre-baby body back!! I found Jenny’s website and from the very first phonecall and subsequent free initial consultation I knew she was the perfect person to motivate me and get me back on track!

We agreed to try running – I had never run before for any length of time, but I was keen to exercise outside as much as I could. Jenny was brilliant at getting me motivated and encouraging me to keep going – reminding me of my goals to lose weight, tone up and get fit! On my first running session I could barely finish a lap of my local park but after 4 months of training twice a week, Jenny ran with me in my first ever race.

I completed the Victory 5 mile Road Race in Cosham in a very respectable time of 54 minutes. In June I completed the Portsmouth Race for life in 29 minutes – a personal best.

My fitness and stamina levels have improved greatly, I have so much more energy to run around after my 2 year old and I am back to a size 12!!

Jenny is so much fun to be around, she is professional and knows her stuff, but I now count her as a friend too!
