If you have recently had a baby, had children and haven’t done any exercise since or just feel your core or pelvic floor is not as strong as it could be, I will take this into consideration when working with you.

It is essential to rebuild your core, pelvic floor and posture before moving onto more high impact exercise or exercises that put your core under stress or pressure. The reason behind this is to avoid injuries, pelvic floor issues and build a solid foundation of core strength to enable you to move on safely to more demanding workouts.

I like to integrate the core and pelvic floor work with functional movement and more traditional exercise so you still get a great workout.
